• Transaction Information: Details of customer payments initiated, collected, refunded, or settled through your QR or soundbox, including transaction IDs, timestamps, amounts, payment channels, and beneficiary references.
• Device & Technical Information: IP address, mobile device identifiers, operating system version, app diagnostic logs, soundbox hardware IMEI/SIM identifiers, and network connection parameters.

2. How We Use Information

We process collected information strictly for operational and regulatory purposes, including:

• Processing digital merchant collections, daily bank settlements, and soundbox audio broadcasts.
• Validating merchant KYC identity in compliance with applicable statutory and payment partner standards.
• Managing customer credit records in your digital Udhaar Khata and generating payment reminders.
• Monitoring and preventing suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized transaction activities.

We do not sell merchant data. Information is only shared with authorized entities under strict confidentiality protocols:

• Banking & Settlement Partners: Regulated acquiring banks and payment aggregators responsible for routing and settling your store funds.
• Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure, SMS gateway, and telecommunication network providers supporting soundbox 4G operations.
• Statutory Authorities: When required by applicable law, court orders, or governmental directives.

Merchant account records, transaction logs, and settlement data are retained for the duration of your merchant relationship and for statutory periods mandated under applicable financial and tax regulations.
